i never really got into them, but i am curious.

From the little i could gather around the internet, mame emulates them ? or only the Warriors Rage ?

Is there a better alternative ?

Also, is mame still mame.net, that thing doesn´t seems to be updated in 2 years..

so.. anyone knows about this ?

IIRC Warrior's Rage PS1 was just a slightly extended version of Samurai Shodown 64 2 (like Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition PS1). I had fun farting around with them a little bit, but I lost interest in them fairly quickly and wound up going back to other fighting games (like KoF97 & 98).

The one fighting game on HG64 hardware that saves it from being a total loss is Buriki One, and the emulation on it is still incomplete. I've got my hopes up that someone will eventually make a stand alone, dedicated HG64 emulator just so I can play Buriki One at full speed. I'm still kicking myself for not buying the kit for $50 when I had the chance (game + motherboard). Now THAT game fucking rocked.

So SamSho64_2 and Warrior´s Rage, are pretty much the same, no need to get both ?
What about SamSho64_1 ?

And which of them are emulable ?
64_1 ? 64_2 ? only the ps1 ?

And wh*r* c*n * g*t s*ch f*l*s ? =P

Ya, it is. They haven't changed the main content in about forever, but the left sidebar updates with every main release. For the latest in up-to-date MAME news, see MAMEDev.org.
