The MAME32 I have must be hacked because the ROMs I have don't have XORs! I suppose someone implemented the encryption in the MAME, now I just need to find the hacked Nebula.

There is a dodgy package doing the rounds on p2p networks where the game is bundled with nebula, however it's been fucked up the ass with viruses.

Import these dats into your install of nebula :

Nebula either just goes black or gives me an error. I'm using Nebula from the elsemi's site and the dats provided here.

Internet download sites have come a long way since 2001. I remember some of yall setting up those Yahoo! groups pages with the 20 MB limit to share files before DC++.

Thanks for the link. :)

I'd love to agree with that, but the link off that chinky site there is a fucked up copy of the game missing like 12 files. Had to grab the one someone linked in here, and then unlock it, rename 2 files, then rename the new zip and now it works I hope.

There really anything new with it, or just like a combo of SF2 and SuperSF2 for the anniversary?

Capcom just mixed all of the SF2 titles into one game. I haven't played the arcade version yet, but I was quite unimpressed with it when I imported the JPN PS2 version (and wound up selling it off) :(

I believe it's included w/ Street Fighter 3 for the US PS2 and US Xbox, as well. One of these days I'll actually pick that up and check it out...but yea, my interest in fighting games (especially really poorly done rehashes) isn't quite what it used to be. Honestly, Capcom Fighting Evolution was a better title overall.

SubjectCan't wait to play it with my Hotrod! new Reply to this message
Posted byMegaHurtz

I have SF Anniversary on xbox and actually got my Hotrod stick working on the system. I used a SmartJoy FRAG p/s2 kb/mouse adapter. Programming a profile for the joystick was a pain in the ass, and even then only the 1p controls on the Hotrod would work, but it was damn fun.

Can't wait to try this without having to go through any of that BS. Think I'm going to have a couple friends over tonight and play it on the tv :)

Is that Mame32 dirivitive a slow POS, or has Mame just become incredibly slow for CPS2? It was dropping frames on my 2.2GHz laptop, but it did look like it was doing some sort of fancy stuff with the video.

Thanks for the links Satsu!
