Intel will be cutting the core 2 duo prices about 40% come 2nd trimester of 2007.
I was afraid i wasn't going to be able to upgrade for at least another year or year and a half. It seems i might actually be able to continue being a PC gamer for a few years more. :-D

I'm also signing up for about 6 different public residency-like programs for next year, hopefully i'll be able to get a decent score on at least one of these selection processes and nab myself a job to actually be able to afford some of this shit. :-P

If me and my girl actually get somewhat financially settled in 2007, we might be getting married by 2008. I hope this place is still around here by then. :-D
