Where does one get his fix, nowadays?

I've been following the posts on Nicola's blog about the work they've been doing to actually crack the encryption and I keep hoping for him to post something about a major breakthrough/discovery, but right now he's just talking about what was discovered about a year ago :(

Yes, but would you agree that conversation sparks interest? Perhaps someone with a greater comprehension than us will read and actually get excited enough to want to work on the encryption. Or, better yet, maybe there's more to this than what is publicly being announced. Something tells me that the former has a better chance of being more true.

I think you and I are in the majority here. I also find it hard to get excited about anything CPS2 related other than what Nicola is talking about.

Just my two cents.

Jason

Oh absolutely. I love how Nicola breaks everything down and provides nifty little tables and such, and I'm hopeful that it does gain the attention of people who might be able to help. It's just a shame it's taken this long to reach this point, as most people are disinterested in seeing proper CPS2 emulation since XORs allow them to play their favorite games already.

Thank god the Neo Geo dodged that bullet. That was a close one, there.

Once the encryption is figured out, we won't need 4gb CHDs anymore.
