There's plenty of room for debate, but most of the inclusions are reasonably sound. The main funny points are that they insist on "schmup" before migrating to SHMUP later down in the descriptions and when they published it, there were some glaring flaws:

At least it's been fixed now. Nice to see shmups get some positive mainstream press, even if it's not always the most accurate info.

I haven't played enough shmups to even make a qualifying comment on where it stands amongst them but as a casual gamer I played the shit out of that game. I really dug the atmosphere, music and weapons selection including the bonus weapons. Too bad it went all but unnoticed.
