Well as I hate to list mainstream DUH like shit, such as first party, castlevania, final fantasy etc I'll do something else.

For starters I'd recommend V-Rally 3. Amazingly a fully 3D racing environment, looks Saturn like in quality, runs smoothly and is a great damned rally racer with a few good modes to play around with. Also it has a really NICE in car view too to mess with.

Also while not 'accurate' (sequel is though) both DOOM titles are killer on the go if you can't do it otherways (laptop, etc.) The non-released F-Zero Climax (outside Japan) is sweet and has a nice track maker. And if you like SIM stuff... Sim Tower is excellent, great port with some nice minor upgrades over that old win95 game.
