The game is Crimson Sea and the controls pretty much blow. The gameplay gets repetitive pretty quickly and the real draws to it are its graphics, the awesomely bad voice acting and the awesomely bad writing.

I still haven't completed Liberty City Stories and yet I picked up Vice City Stories anyway. I don't know what the fuck I was thinking :(

LCS would have been about 10000x better if they unfucked the framerate. I swear, it's the clunkiest moving of the series.
