Liddell shocked me by getting dropped so fast. That is just not the old iceman we knew. But when both men have a style that is basically "throw hurtin' bombs" it's going to be a toss up more often than not. Not making excuses, Chuck got beat straight up and the fight was stopped at the right time (probably), but rampage is so mouthy it's hard for me to like him.

But I would pay to see him get in a fight with Shogun Rua again :) And supposedly, after Henderson, he's next in line for the champ.

But my man is still Fedor Emelianenko. Vid starts off slow but gets awesome fast. Scroll down here and check out his record. 27-1 and that loss was from a nasty gash. IMO, best overall MMA fighter in the world.

I haven't seen the UFC fight yet but if you watch the past matches they've had together, Rampage just slapped him around like a bitch. I'm a huge Ice Man fan but I don't mind seeing him get knocked down a peg every now and again. It makes for better fights in the long run.

That fight reminds me of Rich Franklin's last with Anderson Silva when he got pulverized by those knees. Which reminds me, I was psyched about Silva at first but after I watched his fight with Travis "I'm a fucking retard" Luter I lost all respect. I hope he gets submitted hard. And I still wanna see Luter get his fucking block knocked off. Fuck him and his boring fights.

Jardine had a good outing with Forrest Griffin in UFC 66 but he looked like a crappy fighter to me. I like when crappy fighters get killed.

Ever since Silva just destroyed Rampage a year or two ago, he was just never the same. Then he went all religious and it was like he was a shell of his former self. It was so painfull for me to watch his matches because he had some devestating losses in that period and as a huge fan of his, it was a big let down.

If you ever want to see the greatest video ever, look for Rampage Unchained. I think he still sells it on his website, I've seen it on ebay, and it gets posted to usenet and torrent sites every so often. It was made in something like 2003 or 2004 and its 2 hours of him wandering around Japan, chasing school girls, making fun of guys carrying purses, farting on people, paying homeless guys to race and do cartwheels around the block... It was just crazy.

I miss Pride ;_;
