Right upon impact some form is thrown from what looks like the driver's side window.

If I recall the story behind that is a big fat no. I'm wondering though if someone didn't get sued or worse over it. Apparantly the guy goes into seizures, had one 4 hours earlier, hospital 'cleared' him. He's heading home, goes apeshit again and clean into that thing...flattened, shattered, and incinerated.
