Just wondering what kind of p2p programs my fellow R-Gers use or their d/ling pleasure.

Blegh I've got a monster hang-over. Word of advice: stay clear of Unicum.

I try to steer clear of any drink with the word 'cum' in it. Especially when it sounds like it was produced by a mythical animal.

Oh, and DC++ - but mostly I just use azureus.

I strictly stick to the usenet for my downloading pleasures.

Hell, I even download game demos off of the usenet, too. Seems like publishers are too cheap to pay for their own bandwidth and rely on bullshit third party sites that either use queues or enforce logins (not to mention nerfed download speeds for unpaying customers).

There's really no better place on the net for porn than the usenet. Good god does that place get flooded with a shit load of new shit every day.

I should never have trusted that weird man in the stable the other night.

I just don't feel like it's safe enough. The copyright holders have been successful in scaring me with threats of legal action. I generally refuse to support them though, and download free stuff, buy used, or get a copy from a friend instead.

I do download roms from http sites though. I'm surprised that they can stay up. There was a time not too long ago when rom sites had been essentially wiped from the internet.

Too paranoid anymore to use that, even things like the so called up to date RIAA blocking ones as I recall some variant of k++ did that.

These days I keep azureus around and go the slow and painful route, or for roms I'll just dust off mirc and hit up wherever needed on irc (usually gbatemp or dsroms, etc of the type.)
