Remember that guy I bought the Dave Allen at Large TV show
videos from? The guy that copy protected the DVDs?
Well, DVDFabDecrypter took care of 7 of the 9 discs. The
other two though just would not copy! I tried several
different programs and several different DVD drives.
Bastard. So, since my PC is rigged up as a video
processing 'station', I played the 2 remaining DVDs and ran
the output through a comb filter and recorded the output. I
then recoded the AVI file to MPEG2 format.
His menus were basically non-existent, so I redid all the
menus on all 9 discs. What I have now is something decent
looking and functional.
I mailed him a copy of one of the discs and basically told
him his efforts were juvenile, and here was a copy that I
was now passing around to friends, along with his URL so
they wouldn't waste their money. LOL
