while my current job is very good, the money is not so great. I got a better offer, and despite not being as good as my position here, i was ready to take it.
So i went to my boss, talked to him, explained WHY i was leaving, since i am responsable for pretty much, all the support sector here, i was ready to be bashed, but he just said, "give me day to talk with the directors about a counter-offer ?" i said yes.
and he covered the offer i got.
So i stayed, and we´re on top of our game, just now.
