yeah, i know that. But i did played a couple of cards, like : "well, i am only leaving because i REALLY need this extra cash, if i could choose, i would stay here, because i like working here, and i think i can make difference, and yada, yada, yada" if he believed, i´m not sure. but in the end of they, it is just a job. and i really needed the cash.
