Played the demo and loved most it. I think I was most amazed at the fact that it still runs on my 5 year old PC. The grenade indicator sucks, because there's too much shit around or there's some asshole in the way to get far enough away in time. I've also read that the single player is short, and multi-player is always a hit or miss with me. 90% of the time, it's a miss, so i'll wait till it hits the $30 shelf.


I haven't played 2 or 3, but I picked up the first CoD a few months ago, played a bit, and then finally forced myself to play this game a few weeks ago. I know it's old, but it's garbage. The missions are boring, the story is poorly executed, and you got enemies coming at you from every direction while getting pounded by rapid fire which results in your view of everything around going to shit. It took me ten tries of getting shot in the face before i realized that some dude's blasting me from 20 feet up. I was hoping i'd like it, then invest my time in the next two, but I'll be passing. Your review of 4 reminds me of all the shit i'm putting up with in 1. Thanks! :)
