No wonder people gave it such middling reviews. The game is a repetitive piece of crap, like doing just one or two kinds of GTA missions without any of the fun. These huge sprawling cities are full of nothing to do aside from jump from rooftop to rooftop and walk through the same boring crowds fighting the same boring guards.
I wanted this to be a good game, but the last several Hitman games as buggy and broken as they were, are vastly superior in everyway. Rent it first.
Incidentally that's 2 360 games trhat have burned me for $110 collectively now (Creed and NFL Tour).
What happened to taking a chance and finding a gem? People talk about the Wii being loaded with shovelware (and it is) but the 360 is seemingly home to full price mediocrity that looks nice.
I remember springing $60 to get River City Ransom, Silent Service, and Battle Chess and being a lot happir than I was for the $40 I spent on Arch Rivals at around the same time.
