yeah i saw that was like a month ago when i was looking into a couple options for a friend. VAST seems like its dead but the momento firmware seems pretty good. last time i checked it didn't support ps1 stuff but that probably changed since then. The only bad thing is when i looked for it you could only get it through euro sellers for like 60 pounds or so, so it was pretty expensive. I currently have two chipped ps2's so doubt i will ever need to mod one again. Disappointed sony is removing the ps3 backwards compatibility.
