Stolen system, call and report it. Get a new one, recover my gamertag and account. Go to downloadable content, redownload for free, no problem. I thought I was good.

Try the same content while offline, and it doesn't work. Call Microsoft to transfer my licenses, and since my system was stolen they won't do it. Only for console crashes and refurbs sent into the factory.

I said okay let me buy it again, they told me you can only buy it once per gamerid, so I can NEVER play my games while not connected to the internet for the rest of my live account life. They suggested I have a friend come over and use his gametag on mine to redownload the game to my machine. Seriously? Tech support refers me to get help from my friends. Why am I even calling them then, I should call my buddy...

What a crock. I should wrap my system in a blanket and murder it with heat to get my stuff moved over to another one.

Actually it just makes me want to mod the hell out of it and pirate the entire library of games instead of giving them anymore of my money.

What I am going to do though is get my girlfriend a new gamertag I guess so I can rebuy Bomberman and Pacman CE.
