Thanks. From what I've read there aren't a lot of people that agree with that, especially the MGS stuff. As for MP2, I don't give it as much credit it deserves, but that's just because I hate the dark world so damn much! I even like A Link to the Past, because the dark world in that was like Symphony of the Night where you have a new castle to explore. You don't have to go back and forth so much it's just a bunch of new areas. I really wanted to like Metroid Prime 2, and I tried hard to go back to it on a lot of occasions. But holy fuck, I really can't stand all the going back and forth to get shit done. I like a lot of the areas they did and a lot of the old school music and enemies they did. It's a shame that it all went to waste because I found the annoyances really got in the way of letting you explore the area and kill enemies and discover upgrades. Instead there was a really undesirable element to the game. It sucks to come across a new area to explore and then suddenly have to go and do a shitload of backtracking and dicking around to go just a little bit further and then you find something new but you have to go to an old area again just to press a switch or destroy a block that will change everything and then it's back to the dark world and blah blah blah.
