I tried buying a few N64 games that emulators never got 100%. It's shitty though, N64 VC games still have some problems some emulators do (such as Mario not fading in/out correctly when warping in Mario 64).

So I guess I'm not buying any. I own quite a few games two or three times, so enough already, and I've got an all-in-one emulator box hooked up to my TV. I'm nice and legal. VC also lacks some nice features emulators have such as graphics smoothing, and save states so I can bookmark my favorite parts of the game or skip to cinematics.
