I don't know about where you live but there's enough of that stuff around here where the tourists usually go. There's even a lot of assholes that like to bother people from here on the streets, dressing up as homeless and asking for money during their lunch break. It's pretty pathetic. In Philly too there's a lot of that shit. I see people asking for money so they can take a bus back home or whatever the fuck but I still see them months later hanging out with their friends. I'm sure it's the same in every city.
