BTW I have a HDMI 360 and it looks no different than Component or VGA at 720p. I have no idea about 1080p since my monitor just does 1080i. I'm sure there's no big difference.

The only reason people cared about HDMI on 360 was for when they would enable copy prevention on HD-DVD... but not like that matters now, 360 won't even have Blu-Ray... I don't think their HDMI spec supported all types of audio either, so it's kinda useless on the 360.
