The hype is gone and 99.9% of the retro stuff is emulated, emulation is a mature and commercial product and you can download a whole mameset with just one click on your favourite tracker.
The evergreen emulation9.com is not bad, but a little impersonal, so if it's here to stay, I'm happy that an oldskool website is back.
I'd scream of joy if Retrogames too came back, even with the old website (and hands off wwwthreads!), but I won't feel guilty if, for the time being, I start checking the new ZD.
