Auto Modellista for the PS2. Only game I've bought so far that I regret owning.

Controls are horrible, you spin out constantly if you dare attempt to turn while going faster than 15mph, the tracks are completely uninspired and uneventful, and the rewards system is so random it may take you practically forever to be lucky enough for the game to give you all of them.
