Airsoft pistols and rifles. The make targets the bbs stick to, and you got plenty of roaches and rats to unload on.

I remember popping up from behind a cube and taking aim at a target by a door. An HR lady had just started walking past and nearly pissed herself.
Good Times.

If you're not caring for the safety of others, then just get a CO2 pellet gun for the vermin.
