I'm kind of in the 'go fuck yourself' camp on this. While they've come out and said that the DSi specific downloads and possibly hard copy games are locked, they're not specific enough if it's all or stuff that needs to use the media ports/camera. I could maybe live with that as I don't have any GBA crap anymore, got rid of the last I had for a PSP which was a good move for me.

Personally I'd have to see how I'd feel about the battery on such a device a bit vs screen brightness settings. I like the idea of the screen being larger, but a 1/4 inch isn't much. The thing I do like most is the SD slot + a portable 'DSI-ware' thing with an improved browser and internal storage on the device. I also don't like the fact it's region locked on DSi stuff as I do import here n' there on stuff. As is, it's a 50/50 wash out so I'm unsure... but if someone hacks up some deviousness where I can abuse the SD slot to run any region software I'm in. I'm in like where I'll do it, then even email NOA an give them the finger that I did it and here's a pic of some Jap game with the hacked crap file allowing me to run it just to make the point they were assholes.
