I've been putting in some hard time with this and i'm around 92percent done in my first playthrough so far without giving any spoilers it jumps off later on....;o)

some tips for the skeleton boss is just use the axe's glyph on him and keep jumping from side to side if you want to perfect him and get that medal. real easy stuff

I've gotten every medal so far and i'm glad I have cause it upped my game on this having to learn their strategies and play hard. Some of the bosses you will encounter are LEGENDARY!
