I am and I'm loving it. I've totally abandoned the main quest and have been doing various side quests instead. I disarmed the bomb in Megaton, completed the Blood Ties quest with the vampires, and am up to chapter 3 in the Wasteland Survival Guide.
Only think I don't like so far is long quests against mutated monsters that end up eating half your ammo supply to complete. The fire ants used up half of my assault rifle stockpile. Also don't like fighting the Mirelurks for the same reason, but at least I can take them down with a few shots to the face from my 10mm pistol. I also wish some of the side quests were a bit shorter. They seem to be taking me about 2 days apiece to wrap up. The 9 part Survival Guide one is just dragging on forever.
Got any tips for trading? I've been selling stuff to the supply shack in Megaton for money, but now the woman there has almost no money left and doesn't seem to be getting any more unless I buy stuff from her or have her repair something for me.
So far, this is my favorite Bethesda rpg. I plowed through Morrowind, skipping everything but the main quest for the last 1/3 of the time I played it just to end the game. I liked it quite a bit at first, but by the time you have to complete the 7 quests of the prophet or Nervander or whatever you were, my interest in the game screeched to a halt.
Never really got into Oblivion. I only explored a few towns and just gave it up. Maybe I'll give it another spin after Fallout. I have the GOTY version and never even installed the expansion.
