I got Gears 1, got bored of it after 1 level, and recently went back to it. I've really got no reason NOT to like it, I just can't stay interested enough to keep playing.

There's too many games coming out in the next few months that I want to try - the guys on the 1up Yours podcast have talked me into trying Fallout 3, Fable 2 looks interesting (despite the multiplayer FUCKUP where you can't use your character in someone else's 'world'), SF4 comes out early next year, along with the new Bionic Commando (and fuck you if you aren't excited as FUCK to play this). I just dropped $200 on Rock Band 2, and Little Big Planet is fucking SCREAMING at me to buy a PS3.

Christ sakes, it's like 1994 all over again. I remember spending a FUCKTON of money on games that year - and I didn't have the steady income I have now. I still can't afford all this shit though - or even find the time to play it...
