1. Download the five rar parts
2. Extract 1 of the 5 Rar files
3. This will get you one (1!) folder named "content"
4. Burn this folder to a disc
5. Insert disc into 360, it will show up as "mixed media"
6. Navigate to "my xbox", "demos"

You can play these demos without problem. I downloaded and burned the Guitar Hero 3 demo long ago and played it. You're not modifying anything so there shouldn't be any banning.

Doesn't work on my Japanese XBOX 360...
Are these demos region specific?!

I was just surfing around and found a reference to something saying that Capcom had gotten savy to the demo being shared on the internet and region locked it. There is a Japanese version of the demo though so you may have to hunt that down.

I tried to download it from Live with a Japanese account but they had locked it by then. When I downloaded it from the net and burned it then it worked fine.

This is the Japanese demo but everything is in English.

I put it on a CD but it loads a little slow.
