System hackers. They're so determined to undermine the bios instead of giving up on it like they did with DS. Early DS was using a hacked bios along with the card port (sound familiar?) to cheat and play DS titles. Eventually they got smart and figured out how to run signed Nintendo DS card code on a flash kit with no hacking.

I'll jump on board when they get smart enough to just use a pandora battery and a kitted out knockoff memory card duo pro card.
