AES as I have had a AES since 2004. As far as your second question goes. I can't run MVS games on a AES unless if I get a phantom 2 converter which runs like 250 bucks.
Now as for a MVS arcade cabinet. I came so close to buying one at a low price it would make most people sick. I almost bought a 4 slot cabinet in 2004 that needed a new power cord for like 250 bucks. And I came VERY close to buying a one slot MVS cabinet off of craigslist for like 200 bucks.
In the future and when I have more room I might a MVS however.
