Working with alcohoolics and drug addicts has taught me to keep the shit to a minimum.
Fermented drinks (alcohool, wine) have some benefits, if used moderatly (about a glass a day), but liquor will always and only cause damage to your system.


All work and no play makes me..., well, you know the rest.
