Anyone know if they're reliable? A co-worker just sent me a link to their website and for the same price as newshosting I get SSL (newshosting charge 5$ extra) plus since I only have a 1mbit line because I live in a shitty neighborhood, their 1mbit plan is quite interesting.

I have been using them for a long time. Great service. You have to pull quite a few of the connections they give you to achieve full speed but I got no problems with that. If you are going to use the cheapest account that limits you to like 1 or 2 Mbits then you wont have to worry about hitting full speed. But on the unlimited account I can download at 1.75 MB/sec. Usualy dont have to wait too long for anything.

I've used them for a long time, long retention and no problems.

I buy by the GB not the monthly plan since I download so infrequently anymore.

Been using Astraweb for almost two years now. Great service, great prices, long retention, excellent uptime and excellent customer service (only contacted them twice but no complaints)
