There's something unsettling about a company that can't get it's hardware to work properly, but the returns and repairs process is a fucking well oiled machine.
Still, when I bought the 360, the PS3 was still leaps and bounds more expensive. All things considered, this whole return thing hasn't been too much of a headache, and the games are good. I can't justify selling it and getting a PS3... yet.
Hopefully my repaired/replaced (not sure which) system lasts more than the nine months my original system did...
