the free version can take care of the sucker.
AVG has a free tool called RMVIRUT.EXE that can also take care of business.

Scan with both, and you should be fine.
Be sure to NOT KEEP REBOOTING your computer.
Or your system files you be too damaged to work.
And scan with both tools in safe mode.
