just because it's small and doesn't get in the way.

I've tried other programs but they all have a flaw or two which drives me away.

once you stop hunting for the right codecs, you never want to do that again.

Actually, I've never had to hunt for codecs. I installed DivX/XviD, CoreAVC, and CoreVorbis, and that's all I've needed. But then, I'm also picky about what formats I'll even watch, so...
