That's the one. If you didn't flip over to paperless billing on this cycle, you started getting charged a buck-fifty to receive a bill.

Someone over there needs to pull their head out of their ass and go back to how they were about this time last year. Even their customer service (which used to be exemplary) has gone right downhill.
