The last Mac I had was an SE/30.

I went into debt for $3500 to buy it back around 1990. 6 days later Apple dropped the price to $1800! They wouldn't give me a refund for the difference, so that day they lost a customer.

Up until that point I had been a vocal Apple II and Mac enthusiast, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth just like Apple's treatment of the Apple II users. Btw, back in the 1980s my moniker was 'Cracked A Bit' (if that rings a bell for any of the older Apple II users).
