I picked up the rereleased version (blue buttons) when a Suncoast was closing a few years ago. Fun game, but hard. You really do feel like the biggest geek ever with that controller sitting in your lap though. I have a blast just going through the start-up sequence when you get in the mech.

Sadly, while the experience was awesome, the game itself wore on me. Nothing else used the controller either, so you have a grand total of 1 game (plus an expansion that only works on a LAN now) to play. Somebody did hack up some Windows drivers for it, so you can theoreticly use it on your pc. I don't have any pc mech games to test it with though, so I can't say if like, Mechwarrior, maps well to the controller.
