It won't power up past the "RED" light, could it be the power supply or is it toast?

I just played it a couple of days ago and upgraded the Wii, but when it reset it was fine.

I have NOT hard or soft modded the Wii.

I tried having it unplugged for 3 minutes and plugging it back in.

I removed the memory stick and the sensor bar and tried booting it.

It is out of warranty.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It looks like it may cost me $100 to get it repaired...
