Well you're one up on me as I could give a fuck about the coins as they're just insultingly annoying and some are just placed in the move evil spots. I just want to enjoy the game, and the ONLY benefit to those damn coins ultimately is getting a dopey little star next to your save game icon (there's 6 total, and if you get the 'help guide' that costs you 1 already right there.)
