I've got Gates of Thunder which is TG16 CD and it's got the original CD audio, the emulation is perfect so it's probably worth it to pick up Dracula X.

As mentioned in the above thread the intro voice over is different. Unfortunately the new voice over almost kills that intro for me as I loved how the voice over/effects were done on the PCE version. Musically its on par with the PCE version and I don't notice any differences in recording quality either. Although I'll need to dig up a burned CD of Dracula X to check.

Graphically I don't know for what ever reason it seems a little worse (by a smidge from the PCE version). Although this might be because my TV is stretching the piss out of the image too. I'll hook up my comp to the TV and run the PCE version to see if it is in fact more of TV distorting some of the GFX.
