Yes that is a viral or whatever type file, don't care to test it myself to see the fall out but all I've read says it's bad.

The .0.49 ver is the latest, but from what I've seen doing a cheap search using the filename I have here I see there are earlier releases where it's 0.49-Month-Year going into earlier 2009 and late 2008 too. I'm not so certain there is a newer release which would explain much considering they had their $20 scam offline for a very long time in 2009 and 10 (I hear it's up now) and little news of value out of their own forums for those with it (it's publicly viewable.)
