I'm looking for a program that will allow me to set bandwidth limits on individual programs.

For example, 700K d/l speed on IDM, 300K d/l speed on Firefox/Justin.tv, etc

Maybe like 6-7 years ago I was using Netlimiter which does exactly that. It seems like it's still developed, you should check it out netlimiter.com




Subjectcheck possibly QoS packets if it uses certain ports. new Reply to this message
