It's Toulouse, and it's going to be for at least one year.
Anyone of you knows what's good to see/do/eat in Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrenees area? newsdee?
GF is coming along, so no, the asses of french chicks are not an option :D
I'll miss the family, friends, the sea, good pasta.
I won't miss Berlusconi (there's Sarko), my 12h/day job here, my salary.
The boring story: last year a small business in Toulouse was acquired by my company for their know-how, and I asked to go and learn something from them, while teaching them our stuff. Nothing happens because a guy with more experience is sent there (nothing to object). One year later the guy quits for a golden position, the boss pops up and asks if I still want to go, he's sending the fiancee along (she works in the same company).
Whatever happens, it's gonna be fun: I always wanted to live abroad and know a new culture. Integration is not going to happen in a second, but I'm an open guy and the people in Toulouse seem to be the same.
Wish me good luck!
