When I do that search with quotes around "penis roms", I get the following as the first result:

General Emulation: Link building services (21564)
Feb 24, 2011 ... Subject, PENIS PENIS PENIS ROMS -nt- search optimized for penis ROMs new, Reply to this message. Posted by, SatsuNoHiTo ...
