Don't know if any of you had played the heap that is Sonic 4. You grow up playing 16bit Sonic games and they release this crap that controls like a Mario game; you expect different from Sonic. The controls for Sonic 4 were HORRIBLE. I downloaded the Sonic Generations demo and it felt just like the old Sonic games so I guess SEGA got the message because people were pissed.

Aside from the controls, the graphics in Sonic Generations are quite details but difficult to pay attention to because it's moving so fast... ya know, as opposed to Sonic 4. Generations makes 4 look like an amateur game project.

The low framerate is killing it for me

At some points in the beginning of the demo where it got fast it became difficult to focus; is that what you're talking about?

I wasn't sure if it was my TV not being able to keep up or what.

it happens whenever you go fast, and sonic is all about being fast and when you can't see shit it's hard to have good reflexes, kinda unplayable

Ouch glad I didn't download it then. I also heard it was time released to fail after so many days so that was a turn off too.

Did anyone in Sega bother to try it before they unleashed it on the public? It's fucking horrible. Not to mention it's just another shitty Sonic game that they did absolutely nothing to improve.
