I have a PC with a q6600 and 4gb of ram. Both are pretty cheap now. I believe the motherboard went out on it after troubleshooting with EVGA for a bit. A new board/powersupply will cost like 100-150 bucks. All I used it for was a frontend/xbmc on my tv. The shit is humungous (case) and loud. For 250-300 I can just get a small dual core atom/ion box that does it all and would be completely quite.

What do you guys do with your old pc stuff? right now I am thinking I should just call it quits and not even bother trying to revive the old hardware.
