Thats only for playing DS games on the system though. 3DS itself has not been hacked yet and the only thing anyone has even come close to so far is a 1:1 copy of a 3DS game on a cart. But even that is starting to look fake because the team that came forward with it has yet to be heard from since. And it didn't look too good since they only showed one game running. The anti-piracy on 3ds is very strong truthfully. Even stuff for extra data on the SD Card cant be put into a differnt system. Encryption keys are different among games/systems.
