Pre-order is already available on Steam.
I'll pick it up on launch, for sure.
Looks like a HD Remake, done right.

Buy my Music, it's cheap!

for playing too much like the old one, instead of adding a ton of things people like ME (who loves the original) don't care about.

Looks like i am in for a treat. :)

I was talking to the wife about it (who loves the game as well) and we both were curious if it is a 100% remake or if they made new levels and such. I would be less interested in it, if it is identical to the old game... however I would still buy it just maybe wait for the price to drop.

Visuals and music are top-notch.
The levels seems to use the exact same layout, but i don't recall the original screen by screen. It felt.. bigger than the original.

Controls are spot-on with the original.
If you like the Tv show or the original game, it's very fun.

Supposedly has 2 added stages/bosses from some I've read. Original maps are there, but some hidden stuff perhaps were added or changed. The bitching is from crybabies who don't understand the word 'remastered' all butthurt about it being a remake and not new. More from the story and cut scenes added to the game. The use of the pogo is taken from duck tales 2 which is different a little from the first.

It's mostly just crybaby shit with no real valid arguments about actual broken things or real flaws with the game.

The biggest complaint I have heard so far is all the characters are 2D drawings while the environment is 3D renders. So they complain about collision detection (from the user stand point) can be difficult at times.
